Ariyadi alias Cadio Tarompo was born in Bone, South Sulawesi, in 1971 and now lives in Kalimantan. He is an autodidact. Since 1993 he has actively participated in exhibitions in Indonesia and other countries, such as Wuhan (China), Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. He has received various national awards.
