Rina was born in Magelang, Central Java, and lives in Yogyakarta. Since 2010 she has been developing contemporary glass painting in a superrealistic style based on auto-visualisations, character portraits, old posters, and banknotes. With this technique, the object can be represented three-dimensionally (3D). The incorporation of lyrical texts into her artworks reflects Rina’s fondness for literary works. Her works of art have been shown in several solo exhibitions, as well as in national and international art exhibitions.
